Serving ten guests on your own is hard enough. Platework handles the paperwork: clients, allergies, menus, event documents and meal-prep weeks, in one place.

WHAT PLATEWORK RUNS

The workspace that runs the business behind the food.

The workspace that runs the business behind the food.

Today tells you what’s next

Open it and the next thing to do is at the top, with work in motion and anything blocked below it. A decision surface, not a dashboard.

Events from intake to close

Eight stages from intake to close. Pricing locks before you promise anything, and the menu is checked against your client’s dietary rules.

Your name, not ours

The weekly approval page your clients open carries your business name. Platework signs quietly in the footer.

COMING SOON

Try Platework in a sample kitchen.

A sample workspace with made-up clients, recipes and meal-prep weeks, including a menu check that catches a peanut allergy. No account needed to try it. Join the beta and we’ll email you when it opens.

THE OPERATING SYSTEM

Every plate has a paper trail. Platework keeps it beautiful.

Clients

One client book: households, people, dietary rules with severity and source — the living brief behind every service.

Dara Okonkwo SEVERE · TREE NUTS · Harwell family READY · 3 people · Rivera household NEEDS REVIEW

Meal Prep

Plan → approve → shop → prep → deliver → feedback. The weekly loop, with a consolidated shopping list computed from the menu.

MON PLAN TUE APPROVE WED SHOP · 12 portions · menu locked · 08:00

Events

An eight-stage pipeline from intake to close, with proposals priced by your rate card — never by vibes.

INTAKE → PROPOSAL → MENU → DOCUMENTS · Rivera anniversary EVENT READY

Recipes

One structured library for every recipe: ingredients, method and cost per portion, checked against each client’s dietary rules.

Roasted carrots with dukkah
READY · 14 ingredients · $4.20 a portion

BUILT FOR THE STAKES

Software that takes allergies as seriously as you do.

A meal-prep menu with an unresolved allergy or dietary-restriction conflict cannot be sent to your client for approval. The block clears only when you resolve it. Every dietary rule records its severity and where it came from.

SEVERE ALLERGY

THE STORY

Built beside a working private chef — not in a boardroom.

Platework was built alongside Chef Iliana Stone, a Houston private chef with 30 years in professional kitchens and Le Cordon Bleu training from Paris. Her kitchen cooks in-home dinners and weekly meal prep for real households, around real allergies and real event timelines. Every screen in Platework started as a job her kitchen does every week.

QUESTIONS

Before you join.

Before you join.

What does the beta cost?

Nothing. The beta is free, and founding chefs keep a locked-in discount on their subscription when paid plans start.

Who is it for?

Private chefs, personal chefs, solo caterers and small culinary teams. It isn’t built for restaurants.

When will I get in?

We invite chefs in small groups so each kitchen gets set up properly. We’ll email you when your spot opens.

Can I bring my own clients and recipes?

Yes. During setup you add your clients, their allergies and dietary rules, and your recipes. Your workspace is yours alone.

What happens to my email?

We use it only to invite you to Platework. If you don’t join within 90 days of your invite, or we haven’t invited you within 12 months, we delete it. Ask at hello@platework.net and we’ll delete it sooner.
