Platework privacy notice
Effective: November 5, 2026
This notice covers www.platework.net, the Platework marketing site and beta waitlist. The Platework app at app.platework.net has its own commitments to the chefs who use it.
What we collect. When you join the waitlist: your email address, your first name, the kind of chef you are, which form you used, and when you sent it. Our website host also records standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site.
Why. To invite you to the Platework beta, and to tell you about something important before then. Nothing else. We don’t sell or share your details for advertising.
Who handles it for us. Framer (website and form), Google (the spreadsheets that hold the waitlist) and Cloudflare (our domain and email). They process it only to provide those services.
How long. Until we invite you. If you haven’t joined 90 days after your invite, or we haven’t invited you within 12 months of your signing up, we delete your details. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your choices. Email hello@platework.net to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We’ll answer within 30 days. Every email we send will include a way to stop hearing from us.
Tracking and Do Not Track. This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking, and we don’t allow third parties to collect personal information about your activity across other sites through it. Because there is no such tracking, browser Do Not Track signals don’t change anything here.
Children. Platework is for working chefs and isn’t directed to children under 13.
Changes. If we change this notice, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change matters to how we use your details, we’ll email the waitlist first.
